What makes a website?

No really, I’m asking!

Hello there, internet and beyond, my name is Michael Riley! I am a person just like anyone else, and one thing that I enjoy doing is writing. I began with poetry, several years back now, and lately I’ve begun dipping my toes into the world of writing something not so unlike a novel. But that’s still in development! For now, I hope to have this as a hub for poetry and who-the-heck-knows what else! For this introductory post, I’ll leave a joke I wrote to bookend the thing:
